you really need to spend ALOT of time learning the instruments.

I really don't see any difference.

I really don't think their product should be this much. I really recommend look for something else that is more user friendly.

nothing really special.

will take you time to make your own sounds. other wise your stuck with their presets.

Support:
SUPPORT? you are kidding right? I had issue with installation I emailed support... still waiting..... that was over three weeks. If you need help read the FORUM on their website that's how I learned to fix my issue. Otherwise goodnite and good luck!

Overall:
first and foremost... YOU must have INTERNET TO INSTALL THIS PRODUCT!! otherwise you won't be able to install this product onto your computer. WHY? because it asks you for a xml file that you can ONLY download from their website when you register your product. which is a really BIG HASSLE!!. otherwise you won't even get pass installation. Customer support....not too good. Do some research on other products that can do the same as these. Don't believe the HYPE about their product, they're just like any other. I have ran into some problems trying to use them in some sequencers as VST'S. Also BIG CPU HOGGERS ALL instruments, better have a good machine to run all intruments all at once.
