Feature:
It came with everything necessary. The battery meter is definately a great feature because the battery life on this unit is horrible. I also really like the screw lock on the battery pack. A great idea for a spot that has given me grief before.
Quality:
Everything looks good and as of now has not given me any problems. The plastic is light and misleading but only time will tell if it is road worthy. I wish that the upgraded cable for the transmitter came standard however....
Value:
I think that overall, it is selling at a reasonable price. Good quality, good sound. Again, only time will tell. I give it a nine for now just because I want to see if any problems arise in the future.
Desirability:
It definately has a 'cool' factor to it that draws you in. Its new, its digital, its got cool blinking lights. Sold.
Sound:
I recently bought the rackmount version of this for use with a bass guitar. After I recieved the wireless in the mail, I decided to go back and forth for a while between the wireless and cable and there is a difference. I cant exactly put my finger on what it is, but its noticable only when you do a side by side. Its nothing that I think is noticable enough to give up the freedom of not having a cable.
Ease of Use:
Definately easy to use. Plug it in and play. Cant ask for anything better.
Support:
Havent dealt with them.
Overall:
Overall, I am satisfied with the exception of the battery life. I am a weekend warrior doing 3-4 nights a week with at least 3, 45 minute sets each night. The battery life cant even last me two full shows. (even while being careful not to leave it turned on when not in use) I have been spoiled by other units that I was able to get 14 hours of battery life and to have to go down to a mere 5 is kind of a pain in the A. Figure out a way to squeeze some more battery life and this will be a killer product.

Feature:
It comes with every thing you need to get started, including the battery for the transmitter. I think the most useful feature would be the battery level meter on the reciever. It lets you know how much battery is left in 20 minute increments. You can tell from a long way off how your battery is doing. Both reciever and transmiter have a polycarbonate shell. X2 claims a 6ft drop won't break them. I am not going to try that, but I believe them. They feel very solid. I think it also helps with the weight, both units weigh hardly anything at all.
Quality:
Not only is it well made, it comes well packed too. The thing came completely encased in foam inside the box. Made in the U.S.A. baby!
Value:
This unit should cost at least twice as much, or more, than it does for the sound quality.
Desirability:
Are you kidding? This is the coolest looking wireles. It has so many cool flashing lights on the front panel. I like the way it looks in the dark. Even the line around the X2 logo lights up. I get compliments all the time.
Sound:
I have used many wireless systems, This is the only one I have used that sounds the same a a cable. There is literally no difference between the two. I compared it to my Monster Bass cable and was just blown away! It is also completely noiseless, with the ransmitter on or off.
Ease of Use:
Plug it in and turn it on. SIMPLE! Even attaching the rack mounting hardware was easy. The instruction book is very clear and easy to read.
Support:
Haven't had to deal with them yet.
Overall:
Made of bullet proof plastic, looks cool, is very light, and has amazing sound quality. Why wouldn't you buy it?? Do yourself a favor, spend the extra money and buy this product. You will not regret it. Plus it's made is the U.S.A!
