Sound: i really like my washburn m3sw , great sound, good for any style of playing. Feature: it comes with a nice case, mc92 Ease of Use: easy to get the sound i like, sounds much better than other mandolins that i tried out before getting this one. Quality: very well made, great quality, fit and finish. Value: great price compared to others. Manufacturer Support: never had any problems The Wow Factor: i always get compliments on the look of it. Overall: i will never get rid of this one, seems like it will last longer than me

Sound: Nice tones right out of the box. Feature: really nice hard case. Ease of Use: Just tuned it up and started playing. Action was really sweet. Quality: Not sure yet, This is our first Washburn. So far no complaints. Value: We purchased our unit as a "blemished" for only $359.95 (The only blemished one in stock). The only blemish we could really see was a nick in the case. Manufacturer Support: Can't comment on support, never needed it. The Wow Factor: Really pretty. Overall: This mandolin is a keeper.
