Taylor 612ce-ES2 Acoustic-Electric Guitar (with Case)

No longer available at zZounds
Strum this Taylor and cut through the densest band mix! With a Sitka spruce top and big leaf maple back and sides, this bright guitar is meant to be heard.

Visually and sonically, Taylor's maple guitars command a striking stage presence. The bright, focused tone makes these guitars a favorite for performance, recording and any band setting, while a variety of color and sunburst options serve to enhance the natural figure in the maple sets we choose. Other signature touches include crisp white binding and a Twisted Oval fretboard inlay motif.

What a finely crafted instrument! The workmanship is stunning, visually, as well as impeccable in attention to detail. It’s absolutely flawless in design and playability. Taylor hit a grand slam with the 612ce ES2 Grand Concert Acoustic Electric Guitar. The tone rings out and sustains beautifully. I have played it for hours on end and continue to receive inspiration to play more. I look forward to each session with it. My Martin Eric Clapton model pales compared to this Taylor. The new features (maple-specific back bracing, torrefied top, optimized wood thickness/bracing, thin [3.5 mil] finish, and protein glues) makes this guitar sound like a fifty plus year old instrument without the wait! It is very responsive to both finger style as well using a plectrum. Amplified, the sound sends chills up the spine! This instrument will out last this owner, and is one to be passed down to the next generation. Its well worth the money. I am happy I bought it …And I enjoy playing it! I bought it from zZounds and received it in two days without any issues. Highly recommend!
