The Silvertone 853E Ukulele's handsome tortoise-bound mahogany body lends it a warm tone that you can plug in and amplify thanks to its Fishman preamp.

The word 'Ukulele' isn't usually the first thing that comes to mind when you hear Silvertone, but the 853 was a favorite way before the most recent Ukulele boom. The first Uke in this series features an all Mahogany Soprano body, with classy looking Tortoise binding. Small enough to throw in your backpack for a trip to the beach, the 853 is the perfect way to get the Luau started in far out Silvertone style. And of course, if you need some extra volume so the people two campsites over can here you, the 853E comes equipped with a genuine Fishman preamp.
