Recording at home? With this sE Electronics VR1 Voodoo ribbon mic and GuitaRF reflection filter, you can capture your acoustic, or mic up your guitar cab.

If you're recording guitar in a non-acoustically-treated space (bedrooms, closets, etc.), a Reflexion Filter helps keep your signal clean without the sound of your room around it. The guitaRF acts as a Reflexion Filter, an isolator, a double mic mount, and fine-positioning hardware both for your favorite large-diaphragm condenser or ribbon mic AND a dynamic or small-capsule condenser mic.

The Voodoo VR1 passive ribbon microphone features a custom, hand-tensioned aluminum ribbon element that achieves full frequency response using a clever mechanical baffle of sE's own invention. This extraordinary technical achievement allows for a ribbon mic that captures frequencies from 20Hz to 18kHz, giving you all the midrange magic of a traditional ribbon while maintaining all the high-end edge you need in your sound.

Aside from being a great studio guitar bundle, this bundle is also ideally suited for live sound. The VR1 is robust enough to withstand a rigorous touring schedule and can handle the high SPLs of the loudest guitar cabinets with ease. Coupled with a guitaRF, you can now get incredible ribbon guitar tones while also eliminating stage bleed.
