Wild Cherry Wood Back and Sides

The S6's back and sides are made from a three-layer lamination of Wild Cherry wood. Besides providing a unique timbre that lands somewhere between the mellow tone of Mahogany and the bright sound of Maple, Wild Cherry is an excellent tone wood. Seagull uses locally grown Wild Cherry wood, adding to the "benefit list" by making the S6 an ecologically friendly choice.

Cedar Top

The Seagull S6 features a solid Cedar top which gives it a lush, dark-toned character and packs a solid low-end tone. Its semi gloss custom polished finish adds a striking visual impact to an already striking aural impact.
