Product Description

The Schecter S1 Custom Electric Guitar is an original design that will make you stand out in the crowd. Featuring set mahogany 3 piece neck with ultra access is very comfortable all the way up and down, great Schecter locking tuners for stability and precision, and mother of pearl split crown inlays.

Schecter S1 Custom - Tuners: Schecter locking with Pearl Buttons

Schecter Locking Tuners w/Pearl Button feature a locking screw pin to lock the string into place for greater tuning stability. Details include a 19:1 gear ratio allowing for precise fine tuning adjustments, removable Pearloid Buttons, threaded peghead bushing, and a 10mm diameter peg hole.

Schecter S1 Custom - Fingerboard: Ebony

Ebony has a snappy, crisp attack with the density of Maple, but with more brittle grains, oilier pores, and a stronger fundamental tone than Maple. It has a tremendous amount of percussive overtones in the pick attack, that mute out shortly thereafter to foster great, long, sustain.

Schecter S1 Custom - Pickups: Seymour Duncan Custom Custom SH-11/'59 SH-1N

Bridge: The Custom Custom SH-11 is the SH-5 Duncan Custom humbucker with an Alnico II magnet for warm and smooth highs, more midrange, and a spongier bottom end than the SH-5. It's a good choice for players who need a traditional vintage tone with increased output. Neck: Late-'50s, vintage-correct, humbucker sound. Warm and crystalline clean tones. Full and bright distorted tones. Smooth sustain. Classic appointments include plain enamel wire, long legged bottom plate. Compared to the SH-55 Seth Lover.

Made with 3 pieces of mahogany for extra stability. 3 piece necks can withstand the test of time.
