"Terrible quality, not sturdy, collapses when you don't want it to"

This thing is just poorly designed and made. The foam is of a slick, poor quality. It boasts that it's collapsible, but the thing is, it'll collapse when you don't want it to. It totally collapsed while my Schecter was sitting in it, leaving a nice crack.
ZZounds agreed to a refund with no issues. I really hope the consider taking this off their store because it is a terrible product that NOBODY could like and it shouldn't be backed by the Zzounds name.
