zZounds has verified that this customer bought this product from us. "Good sounding unit with poor manual and user interface."

Sound: This unit has a great selection of very realistic sounds. I use it next to my hi-hat and plug in one Roland PD-85 that is incorporated into my acoustic kit. I plan to use at least 2 more PD-85's in the future Ease of Use: It's easy to get the great sounds, but it's almost impossible to find them quickly until you create your own patches that are close together. I complained to the salesman about the poor user interface that only shows patch numbers and no real description of what your getting. He told me that a more descriptive display would really raise the cost of the unit. Come on! Every $40 mp3 player or cell phone has a more descriptive display. Also, the users manual is practically useless. Roland, get a musician that speaks english to write the next version instead of a japanese computer programmer. Value: I really hope this unit is superior to the few others that are out there. It is the most expensive.

Sound: PERCUSSION PAD SPD 20 sound quality with pm100 and pm102 amplifair attached with this spd 20 is highly appreciable and naturality occurred Feature: hihat leg beating set and other 4 rim set with this spd 20 is very good for facilitating the lengthy phrase looping Ease of Use: manual should be somewhat clear so as to understand the laymen who has to understand easily by seeing the pictures. some more features like system patch and midi should be illustrated leasrly how to operate for knowing the facility like reverb and double sounding simultneously in one patch Also loop samples for learning new comers Quality: quality is also very good as it is used rough and tough by the users and repairing is also very less when compared to other pads Value: even though other companies selling this product with less price, it is my advise to sell this product through out the world with same price and not to increase the rate as many of the indians are using this spd20 only than other products Manufacturer Support: no other company is beatable with this roland co. due to its product quality and features and innovating technique features The Wow Factor: IT LOOKS VERY GOOD THE COLOR OF WHITE WITH BLACK PADS Overall: IT IS ALWAYS STANDARD FOR EVER JUST LIKE 'ORACLE' IN SOFTWARE FIELD.
