Product Description

This little powerhouse delivers a loud 30 watts through a single 10 in. speaker. You will be surprised by its sound quality, since it uses COSM modeling to simulate 8 classics: JC Clean, Acoustic, Black Panel, Brit Combo, Tweed, Classic Stack, Metal Stack, R-fier Stack. Like it's little bro, the CUBE 15 has a dedicated headphone jack for silent practice and excellent straight-to-tape tones. In addition, it offers a powerful onboard EFX section including different varieties of chorus, flanger, phaser and tremolo, an independent Delay/Reverb processor and dual channel operation -- all controllable with an optional footswitch or 2. Imagine your favorite modeling box with a headphone output and a guitar combo amp and you get the idea. A great, inexpensive practice amp that will be equally at home in the studio and stage, the Cube 30 is worth a careful listen.

Sound: My Strat with lace sensors loves this amp. Feature: Wish the reverb and delay were seperate. Quality: very impressed with the build quality... has a great rugged feel that my line 6 amp didn't. Value: I feel that it meets my needs without the need to spend alot extra money on it. Manufacturer Support: Haven't needed it yet Overall: I have owned a line 6 spider and a fender tube amp... This isn't overpowering yet it offers a great sound/balance for the money.

Sound: After being stunned at the sound of the smaller, amazing Roland Microcube, I have sold several of my larger practice amps because this sweetheart replaces them all -- and gives me the additional options of a Marshall, Peavey or Mesa stack. How wonderful is that? Feature: Pretty wonderful. Sold a $400 Fender Dyna-Touch amp because the Fender model on here sounds much better. Selling a Blues Jr. because the Fender Tweed model on here sounds much better. Sold a Marshall AVT because the Marshall model here sounds much better! Get the picture? I don't mind having reverb/delay on one knob. Sounds great. Other FX, except tremelo, are a little strong. A level knob for FX is the only improvement I'd ask for. Good outputs for phone, recording, PA. Quality: Looks like it's made to take a tumble or two. Value: More small amps are coming with modeling choices, but I think this is th e one to beat for a few years to come. Manufacturer Support: No problems, no experience. The Wow Factor: Looks more industrial than sexy, but it's what comes out of the black box that matters. Overall: This will serve me well for years, unless I need the power of the Cube 60.
