Hand layered fiberglass shells are used to create Primero congas which offer superb sound and professional durability.

Premium-quality heads have crisp sound and sensitive response.

Contour crowns with extended collars improve resonance while the rounded edges improve playing comfort.

High-tension hooks and lugs make drum tuning easy and are exceptionally durable.

Sound: This set of congas was in tune already, right out of the box! Sounds great! Feature: It came with a pouch, a tuning wrench, some grease and spare caps for the tuning rods. Ease of Use: Easy to use and put together right out of the box. Quality: Quality on this set is outstanding, even though it may be considered just a beginning set. Value: For the price, the quality is great and the value is outstanding. Manufacturer Support: Unknown-no problems with the set, and didn't need to contact Pear. The Wow Factor: Very appealing. Overall: I don't ever expect to get rid of this set of Congas-I may add to it, but I will always keep this set.

"Very good drums. I like them a lot."
Sound: For the price the sound is very good. I use them in a bar band. They work. Feature: The stand is great. Quality: The quality is great. They seem sturdy and stable. Value: The value is great great great for $199. The Wow Factor: Hey they look great just sitting there on the stand in the music room. Overall: I waited a month or more before reviewing. These drums sound very good. If I had wanted the sound to be "amazing", then I would have been buying some very expensive drums. This is one of the best musical purchases I've made, and I'm always buying something from somewhere...baglama saz...banjo...hurdy gurdy...melodica...sitar...etc.
Style of Music: Ska. Rock.
