With all the essentials included, Forum is ready to play and truly lives up to its nickname, Ready-Set-Go! This popular Pearl drum set includes a 18 in. x 22 in. bass drum, a 12 in. x 9 in. and 13 in. x 10 in. rack toms, 16 in. x 16 in. floor tom, 14 in. x5.5 in. wood snare and excellent, 70W series double-braced hardware (an updated H-72W hi-hat stand). 'Ready Set Go' extras include a Pearl D-70W Drummers Throne; Crash-Ride and Hi-Hat cymbals; Drumsticks; and an Eric Singer instructional video.

With all the essentials included the new Forum is ready to play and truly lives up to its nickname, Ready-Set-Go!

The Forum features 100% mahogany shells made in the same molds using the same Heat Compression Process as Pearl's professional series drums. All Forum shells feature Pearl's exclusive scarf joint (gapless seam) construction heretofore available only on professional level Pearl lacquered drums. Gapless construction improves the strength of the shells and allows the drums to vibrate uniformly, unimpeded by air pockets, for warmth and richness found only in more expensive drums. The snare drum has been upgraded from steel to mahogany. The new 5.5 in. x 14 in. mahogany snare drum provides superior sonic performance and value.

The hardware has also been upgraded. The all-new S-70W snare stand, C-70W cymbal stand, H-70W hi-hat stand feature sturdy double braced legs and outstanding Pearl quality! The matching P-70 pedal features a strap drive for smooth and fleet action. The bonus D-70W throne features double braced legs and infinitely adjustable height settings with stop-lock memory.

A pair of great-sounding 14 in. hi-hat cymbals and 18 in. crash/ride cymbal are included. Last but not least, a pair of Vic Firth 5A drumsticks are also included.

Forum standard features include: low-mass lugs for optimum tonality and resonance, low-mass tom mounting brackets for maximum sound optimization, heavy-duty SP-70 spurs for stability and key style tension rods for precise tuning on bass drums, three section height adjustment on C70W cymbal stands and smooth direct pull action on H70W hi-hat stands. zZounds is an authorized dealer of Pearl products.
