Feature:
The sound isolation on these phones is great. Approximately 30 db of sound isolation makes these perfect for even loud drummers. Being able to play along to a click or tracks without blasting your head off is great. Every drummer needs something like this.
But the metronome is just as barebones as you can get: combo volume on/off dial and tempo dial. That's it. One dry hollow 'click' sound. And like someone else said, the numbers aren't accurate. So you'll have to estimate w/ a reference recording or go by feel.
Quality:
Quality of speakers and metronome is nothing to write home about. However, the construction is VERY rugged, mostly made from off-the-shelf parts, making replacement a simple trip to the hardware store.
Sound:
Don't expect studio or audiophile quality sound with these puppies. They're decent, and get the job done.
Overall:
Great product and unique. Pretty much the ONLY cost-effective solution for drummers looking to be able to hear a metronome or music to play along to.

Feature:
The metronome function is a huge convenince in project studios and at rehearsal.
Quality:
They have a nice vintage look to them, and the constrution seems very rugged. They are a bit on the heavy side, though, but they are comfortable to wear.
Value:
I live in Norway, and here they cost about 270 dollars - which borders to ridiculous. But for the US suggested retail price, I would certainly recommend them.
Sound:
The headphones are in themselves great for studio use, but I find them a bit lacking in the bottom end (even though the specs state that they can reproduce from 15Hz - 25000KHz), so I wouldn't use them for anything that requires a linear frequency response (like mixing or mastering).
Support:
None needed.
Overall:
I have been looking for a nice set of drummer's earphones for use in my project studio for quite som time (such items are not always easy to come by here in Norway), and I have certainly found exactly what I've been looking for. I really love these earphones.
