"I can't really complain."
Feature:
Hmm, this is a slight bone of contention here. Some of the free software I got with Ozone was only usable if you registered the software online. I don't put my music computer online and the software companies were less than helpfull about helping me install their products on an offline machine.
Quality:
Again, no faults after four years mean I cannot complain.
Value:
Great value for money considering my experiences and the use I've had from Ozone.
Desirability:
This means nothing to me.
Sound:
I've had this little beastie for over 4 years now and to be honest I can't say a bad word against it. It has never let me down and interfaces perfectly with my setup. I don't use it live and therefor cannot comment on that aspect but for my home recordings, i use it in conjuction with Reason and Cubase and as I said have had no problems at all.
Ease of Use:
I have no worries here. I don't even think I needed the manual. What is there to say about Ozone thats not already been said.
Support:
I've never had to contact them.
Overall:
I'll be happy to use this machine until it dies. Then I'll look at some new technical wizardry.

mic pre amp loses power over time wich results in a weak signal
Quality:
power supply went out in the first week but support sent a replacement asap. fine after that 2 years strong
Value:
low quality pre amps could be cheaper
Desirability:
black would be a better over all color
Sound:
computer based recording is fine. sets up very easy.
