"it's "BUILT IKE A TANK""

Feature:
features both speakon and 1/4 inch.

Quality:
IT's A MACKIE!!!!!!!!!!!....build like a TANK!

Value:
cold be a little cheaper like evreything else..but i got a good deal so im happy.

Desirability:
very "sek c" nice black finish.

Sound:
very crisp clear sound...it sounds like a 3way

Ease of Use:
very easy,a kid can do it

Support:
had some questions and they answered them right away...hold was a little long..but thats ok

Overall:
love it..it's rally a great product by mackie. +1 for them

"AWESOME SPEAKERS"

Feature:
...it's a speaker...but i really wish they put wheels on it..it heavy

Quality:
grill dents easily....but pops right back out...nice quality tho.

Value:
wish it was a little cheaper...like evreything else

Desirability:
IT LOOKS AWESOME....AND BIG!!!!!!!

Sound:
LOUD..powered by a crown xti4000 in stereo mode....LOUD

Ease of Use:
....plug it in

Support:
never had to use it

Overall:
overall it's really nice...i love it but i still have to out it through the test of a al nighter.

The perfect complement for any powered mixer or amplifier, the Mackie S225 has a dual-woofer configuration. The S225 features two woofers. A 1.75-inch titanium dome compression driver with optimized symmetric phase plug handles the high frequencies.

The driver/crossover combination allows the S225 to handle up to 2800 watts of peak power, deliver a peak SPL of 135dB, with a frequency response of 46Hz to 20kHz.

The S225 features a high-output, low- and high-frequency driver matched with a precision passive crossover. The input accepts either a Neutrik Speakon connector or 1/4-inch TRS. S Series cabinets are constructed using ultra-tough 18mm Baltic birch plywood and pressure-injected structural resin. The rugged enclosure, which employs integrated carrying handles and molded corners, works in concert with the driver/crossover combination to allow the S225 loudspeaker to deliver extremely high sound pressure levels while retaining a very natural sound.

S-series speakers feature a precision transducer and crossover, and a wide-dispersion, ultra-low disttortion, high-frequency horn. High-temperature voice coils make the woofers nearly indestructible. With two 15” speakers and horn, handles 700 watts at 8 ohms RMS, 2800 watts peak handling.
