Manufactured with 100% birch shells to provide professional sound quality for the demanding player. They come with Vibra-bands and Remo heads as standard equipment. The new 18 in. deep bass drums create an unbelievable fat low-end that will blow you away.

Snare drums fitted with 10 lugs give you easy tuning and that famous Ludwig sound. Hardware with some unexpected details like a chain-drive bass drum pedal with rock-plate and easy hoop attachment match the sturdy quality of these drums. "I chose ludwig, and you should too!!!!!"

Sound: Great sound, especially the snare drum. Feature: It comes with a really nice bass pedal and heavy duty cymbal stands. the hi-hat stand isnt the best in the world though. Would have been even cooler if it came with cymbals. Quality: It's a ludwig, can't go wrong with it Value: For the price you pay, you get the best deal that i have managed to find. It's an awesome kit which will last you a long time. (excluding drum heads) Manufacturer Support: Havn't had to yet, you may have to replace the heads once in a while. The Wow Factor: HeHe, I chose amber, very nice color, nice and shiny looking with all the chrome hardware and finish. Overall: Don't waste the same amount of money on Tama or Pearl. They are great companies, but if you are paying the same amount of money, get the Ludwig, It will last you forever, and it has awesome sound.

"very nice"

Sound: Great sound. sounds even better if you put Clear Pinstripes or Evans Hydraulics heads on the toms. And I use a Coated powerstroke 3 or 4 on the snare but thats just the sound I like. Overall, awesome sound. Feature: All of the features are great and the cymbals stands were a nice addition. Ease of Use: Easy to disassemble and reassemble. The only difficult thing on it is the tom mount, hard to get them to stay where you want. Other than that, great. Quality: Made very well. Strong drums, nice thick hardware, great materials. Love it. Value: Come on it's Ludwig, they sound amazing and the price is great. Manufacturer Support: Never had a problem with this kit. The Wow Factor: I got mine in amber, great color to get them in. Doesnt fade or chip or anything and its natural looking. they also don't get dusty too easily which is great. Overall: I love the way they sound and look. Definitely looking into a different way to mount the toms though. BUt overall, Great product and a really good price.
