You won't find a Hartke guitar amp, or a keyboard amp, or anything else other than a bass rig. Larry Hartke is as serious about bass as his amps look and sound.

There once was a time that bass amps were huge, monster rigs that required a big vehicle to move, and someone to help you move it. Now we know that a smaller bass amp can push a lot of air, and quality of tone is the important part.

This Hartke 1415 has a 140 watt amp attached to that 15 in. aluminum-cone bass driver. The preamp has a 4-band EQ, contour control, and switchable compression. Your effects can sail through the loop provided, and practicing is easy at any time courtesy of the headphone jack.

It's compact and easy on the wallet, while being a Hartke through and through. And that means great tone, loudly.

"Buy This!"

Feature:
This combo has the best feature ever,the head easily unplugs from the cabinet.when the head stops working just unplug it and hook up another one.The cable that is attached to the speaker is rather short but if that annoys you replacing it with a longer one is so easy anyone can do it.

Sound:
Let me tell you something,this is the real deal.i've owned one since about 92 or 3 and there is not a better combo.i "upgraded" to a Hartke 4x10 and a Behringer 450w head but the 1415 was louder.the only thing better is a full stack.For me the original speaker only lasted 2 years(2 for me,i bought it used) but i always had it around 8 or 9(playing death metal).The head worked till 2006.

Plug and play....boom boom boom

"Best bang for the buck"

Great Combo amp. Fits in my little car. Played out of it for seven years and I only had to have it serviced once. I get lots of compliments on the sound "that little amp" makes. Nice for the player on a budget.
