With an inlay handcrafted by skilled artisans, the GonBops Rumbero cajon has a unique look and a bright, snappy tone that will get people dancing.

The Rumbero is a new premium flamenco cajon model designed and manufactured in GonBops Peruvian Cajon Shop. Constructed from Nogal wood, the Rumbero features a spectacular inlay design painstakingly handmade by skilled Artisans using pieces of Mohena and Requia wood. The wood is then finished and protected with Polyester and Polyurethane. A cedar wood veneer front panel finishes it off, adding plenty of snap to the tone. The Rumbero is a flamenco-style cajon, with two internal v-shaped sets of flamenco guitar strings providing the pop, and includes a free premium Gon Bops gig bag. There has been a lack of feedback on this product. Frankly, the other review had me a little hesitant to purchase this product. Let me tell you, I'm so glad I did. The sound is outstanding. The bass is clear, low, and just booms with absolutely no snare "buzz" even when the bass is played close to the top of the drum. The snare is crisp and strong but with an absolutely beautiful tone. And talk about beautiful. This cajon is absolutely gorgeous! The construction is absolutely high quality. This is my second cajon and it puts the first to shame. Just can't say enough about this cajon! SO glad I purchased it. Outstanding instrument. Gotta go play now!!
