The G&L Tribute Series ASAT Classic is the original design for which G&L's founder Leo Fender is world renowned. This fine Single Cutaway instrument features a Hard Rock Maple neck with Fully Enclosed, 18:1 ratio, Tuning Machines and a Maple fingerboard mounted to a Solid Ash body with a classic 3 Tone Sunburst finish and a Tortoise pickguard. It comes equipped with 2 Patented, USA Made, Magnetic Field Design (MFD) single coil pickups controlled by a single Volume and a single Tone and a 3 Position Pickup Selector Switch. Hardware includes a vintage style "box" tailpiece with individually adjustable string height and intonation. G&L Deluxe Gig Bag included.

I bought this guitar about 4 months ago...I'm traditionally a tele player and buyer...but I really like the deep sounds in the neck position...great for blues and rock...middle position is excellent as you would expect from a tele style sound...stays in tune like it should and plays like budder
