Introducing El Diablo 100, an EL 34 powered 100/50 watt tube head from Genz Benz. Finally, an amplifier with the tone, expression and features worthy enough to match Genz Benz's world class guitar enclosures.

Only from Genz Benz will you find such well-appointed and bulletproof reliability that is the heart of this Demon!! From the flick of the Power On toggle switch, the liquid blue glow is an expression of this tone machine's warmth and uniqueness. The design of the tube power section is capable of utilizing EL 34s, 6L6s or 5881 power tubes to suit each player's artistic pallet.

Also, lurking inside this beast is a dual channel tube preamp platform, with the incredible capability of 12 unique and distinctive remote tone variations, easily accessible by the 5 button footswitch. Additionally, an Accutronics long pan reverb is aboard for added lush character. Even when it comes to transporting El Diablo, Genz Benz's unique "Edge Lift" handles will give you the assurance of total control over this road-worthy amplifier.

"Fat and furious"
Sound: Fantastic sound, meaner and fatter than my mates Marshall. Great overdrive in the box and very flexible pallette of sounds. Feature: The main footswitch was provided, but you need to purchase (or make) another box to cut out the reverb. There are plenty of buttons to press on the main board, which are legible and useful. Its cleverly designed so that you can change the overdrive amount by clicking a button separate to the channel selector. Ease of Use: Its quite an easy to use amp, with everything laid out well. There is probably a slight learning curve with the tonal knob which swings from solid state to tube sort of sounds, and also the global volume feature. Quality: Haven't had a problem with it at all, its travelled around a little bit but hasn't been mistreated so i don't know how much punishment it can take really. It definitely feels very hardy and the grab handles make moving it a breeze. Value: It was up against Marshalls, Engl's and Krank's in the store and had more features than all. In my opinion it also sounded the best, which is what swayed my choice to it. Manufacturer Support: Haven't had to use them, so i have no idea. The Wow Factor: The thing just looks awesome, especially when you light it up. Fantastic looking thing in the dark. Looks wild on stage! Overall: I bought this amp as my first half stack. I'm still quite happy with the sound and have had it for about a year. It just had a larger pallette than the other amps I tried along with it, although i did also like the Engl. If it was stolen, i'd definitely buy it again. Had the biggest sound for the price that i could find.
