Feature:
It does come with cheap quality headphones which are ok. There are others that sound better BUT hey...they didn't have to include these!
Quality:
It's plastic which cuts down on cost but other than that. It is super!
Value:
I think this is great. For under $75. My son can jam and rock and I don't have to hear his LOUD amp! Best $75 bucks you could spend.
Plus you drop this in your gig bag to guitar case and when you travel on the road OR don't want to drag your amp along...Bring this
and create cool sounds. Bring along extra batteries. It uses a
9 volt!
Desirability:
This is very practical. Simple but very usable.
Sound:
It's a basic distorted and clean featured product. That's it.
I bought it for my son when I bought him a new GOLD TOP LES PAUL.
Now he can jam and rock away ... I don't have to hear the noise.
Ease of Use:
This is very easy to use.
Support:

Overall:
SO far this item is great. With proper care, I hope this last for years to come. I am thinking about getting the BASS model for myself
so I can play when others are asleep!

Feature:
There are better mini-amps (with its own tiny speakers, with more than one knob for the volume) for less. Take the Marshall Miniamp, for example. There are others. None are great but they fulfil their purpose and they do not fetch the premium price the Rockman seems to be getting.
Quality:
Power jack is loose and basically keeps one from playing with an external power source. Considering it's a portable amp without its own speaker, it's rather large.
Value:
No, worth maybe half, or even a third. Rockmans were an innovation back in the day, but its time is basically past now, especially at this quality/feature level
Desirability:
Basically like a black plastic Cracker Jack box...
Sound:
It has your basic clean and distortion sounds, but no real variety. There are better mini-amps for less.
Support:
Have not had dealings with them.
Overall:
I got a more versatile practice amp for about a little over twice the cost of this Rockman, but it was worth every penny. The only reason I would use this Rockman is for playing in the airport, testing a guitar where they do not have an amp, etc.
