The GXL3000 Stereo Studio Microphone Package is a pro quality mic package designed for the full range of studio applications. For an un-heard of price, the CAD GXL3000 Pack contains 1 x GXL3000 Large Diaphragm Condenser, choice of 1 or 2 x GXL1200 Cardioid Condensers and 1 x EPF15A Pop Filter.
GXL3000 Large Diaphragm Condenser Mic
The GXL3000 is a large diameter, multi-pattern, condenser microphone. High sensitivity and low distortion make this microphone an ideal candidate for recording, broadcast, sound reinforcement including vocal and instrument applications. The capsule in the GXL3000 features a 1 in. gold vapor deposited diaphragm.
GLX1200 Small Diaphragm Condenser Mic
Packaged in a small, rugged, all metal housing, the GXL1200 Condenser microphone provides a transparent sound reproduction. The transformerless design of this instrument microphone allows it to have low distortion and optimum low end frequency response. The GXL1200's size, accurate sound reproduction, and high SPL capability, make this a great choice for miking overheads, high hats, cymbals, woodwinds and stringed instruments.

Feature:
Mine did not come with the pop filter.
Quality:
Very good response to sound along with detail.
Desirability:
The designs for these mics are very sleek and classical. Very eye appealling.
Sound:
I recently came into possession of these mics. They are very respnsive and have good detail. I micked my halfstack to record with them and i was able to find my ideal tone using the large diaghram condensor on top and one of the small mics away near the ground. Although overall the sound would've been good n other places for other styles. I could also used my amps feedback without irritation to the mic and the recording itself. I have yet to try them live and they do require phantom power which i would've preffered them to be powered on there own. Overall they had a good sound, but they did have a slight self noise that went unoticed in the recording. For the price this product is satisfying. I recommend this as a steping stone for someone who is wanting to start building a small studio and needs to stretch their money.
Ease of Use:
It was very easy to set up for recording. Plug in, place and play.
Overall:
These mics are good but i would like to move up to a higher quality. Maybe even somethin that does not require phantom power. But i don't see myself disowning these even after an upgrade.
