With the Boss JS5 JamStation, guitar and bass players can jam along to high-quality accompaniments, create new accompaniments, and even digitally record up to 32 minutes of their playing without any knowledge of MIDI sequencing or recording. This tabletop backing machine features hundreds of songs with 4-part arrangements that can be structured to fit user-defined progressions — giving musicians a simple, effective way to practice, jam, and write songs.

Feature:
I did not receive any accessiories with my JS-5, although I did purchase a 64MB smartmedia card with the unit.
Quality:
The quality of the JS-5 seems to be really good. The unit feels very solid and the controls are smooth & responsive. I just purchased the JS-5 about 3 days ago, however I expect the unit to last a good amount of time.
Value:
For the features that are offered in the JS-5, I believe this product is worth its value. Not only can you use this device as a jamming partner, but you can create songs, sequence & utilize the drum kits as a drum machine.
Desirability:
I am happy that I own the JS-5. When I first reviewed this product from Rolands/Boss DVD Product showcase, I was hooked on its 'sex appeal'. To date, I still love the way it looks & feels.
Sound:
The sound in the JS-5 is really nice. All of the instrumentation sounds very good with the JS-5.
Support:
So far, I have had no reason to call support for this product.

I think I will be happy with this product for some time. It seems to have enough 'gadgets' to keep me busy for awhile.

"My bands better than Yours"
My Band (the JS-5) is better than Yours. MY bands always there when I want to play. They really know their stuff and the drummer doesn't hit on my wife.. Seriously this machine rocks. I adlib to the most outrageous backing a guy could ask for. Thanks Roland for another super product!!
