The Bose L1 Model I system features four input channels running through the line array of 24 precise drivers. In addition to two basic line inputs, the first two channels integrate Bose ToneMatch (tm) presets to enhance the signal coming through the combo 1/4-inch/XLR inputs. The ToneMatch system has been meticulously crafted by the engineers at Bose to develop and catalog specific EQ settings for a diverse set of audio sources. With the L1 Model 1 onboard ToneMatch system, dialing in the ideal processing setting for your input is as simple as punching in a number. Using an SM57? There’s a selectable preset to maximize its qualities. Plugging in a Rickenbacker 4003? There’s a preset for that too. With 100 presets at the flick of a button, the Bose L1 Model I gives you the tools you need to craft a detailed and rich tonal picture, highlighting every nuance in your mix. Additional connections include channel inserts for external processors and effects, a bass module out to add a Bose B1 bass module to the system later, a digital data out for recording options, and even a Bose R1 remote control.
