First impressions- Zzounds Customer Service was excellent. No hassle price match, fast shipping (even though I dropped the ball). Upon arrival, I opened the box. The case (a very nice gig bag) was in the shipping box inside a black shroud which was a bit ragged. The guitar was secure inside the case, wrapped in foam. Paperwork was in the case as well. Upon inspection I didn't see any flaws. The guitar looks very nice. The tuner seems to work well, with the blue backlight changing to green when in tune. Playing was a different story. The guitar is not playable without a setup. The 2nd through 5th strings all buzz at the 13th fret. I know a setup isn't that big a deal, but I didn't buy a $300. Washburn. This is an issue that shouldn't be. I'll have it set up and give it a shot, but I'm rather disappointed with what I got for my money at this point.

Musical Background:

Playing 35+ years. Coffee House gigs, recording. I play guitar and bass and dabble with keyboards.

Musical Style:

Classic rock, blues, singer/songwriter.
