Sound: The sound is very good - clear and punchy through my tannoy pbm 6.5's Feature: I like that you can bridge it - useful if you use the amp for different configurations. Also, the fact that it has balanced and unbalanced ins as well as banana speaker terminals Ease of Use: Plug it in, turn it on, turn it up. Quality: Quality is pretty good - I like that it's convection cooled and has no fan to wear out hear parts grinding. Fans that wear out are pretty irritating when you're trying to get something recorded and sounding just right. Value: Great value - I'm sure you could spend more and get a better amp. For th e money it is really good though. Manufacturer Support: Haven't really dealt with them, but they're fairly close to where I live - only 1 county away. The Wow Factor: The lights look pretty cool in my amp rack. The lights move when you've got signal pumping through it - also cool. Overall: I'm sure I'll be happy with this for awhile. I got rid of a 16 year old integrated amp I had been using for my home studio so I could purchase this and it was well worth it.

Style of Music: Laidback Electronic and synth stuff, some obnoxious guitar music also

Sound: Quiet and neutral. Feature: Uncluttered front and back panel with passive cooling were features that sold this unit. Ease of Use: Plug & play, it's that easy. Quality: Ours lasted two years, then Ch. 1 died. Opening the top cover revealed that the chassis holes don't align well. No schematic is supplied with the unit. Value: Not worth the price for a two year unit. It's largely a disposable amplifier. Manufacturer Support: Unit lasted through the warranty period, then failed the second year (one year past the warranty). The company was friendly enough, but shipping a $280 unit across the country for a repair isn't worth it. The Wow Factor: It was practical while it worked. Overall: I expect to replace this unit soon. Fortunately, we only need one of it's channels, so we can limp along for now. We bought it because it was simple, and seemed heavy duty, as well as featuring passive cooling.
