The C 3000 B is a large-diaphragm cardioid condenser microphone for universal use, designed and made specifically to suit the needs of musicians as well as the rigors of the stage.

This large-diaphragm condenser mic works well with any audio source. Cardioid pattern for tight pickup of vocals, brass, strings, guitar amps, and overhead drums. One-inch Mylar foil diaphragm captures frequencies from 20 Hz to 20 kHz. Switchable -10 dB pad. Includes shockmount.

Well built, sturdy and it came with a nice road case

You can't get more mic for the money in terms a quality of reproduction.
Sound:
This mic is an audio mirror...if you don't like what you hear, you'll have to place the blame on something, or someone, else.
Overall:
I use this mic for commercial voiceover and married with my symetrix528e, it gives me a high end studio sound for a low end price. In fact, it paid for itself in one session.Very nice product.

"Great all around condenser"
Quality:
I have had it for years and it has been very reliable.
Desirability:
I wish I had another.
Sound:
Not much on features but frankly doesn't need them. The roll off switch is a nice touch but I rarely use it. I love it with a decent pre on acoustic guitar. But it sounds great on most vocals. If you can only have two mics in your home studio this and an SM 57 and you are golden. I have used it for live vocals and as an ambient mic for a dramatic reading. You name it. I am about to try it on a guitar cab and see if it can handle the SPLs. It sucked on a kick (couldn’t handle the SPLs) but is fine on hats.
Ease of Use:
As with any mic, how you address the source is importand but not nearly as important and most mics
Support:
Good news... no experience with support cause it don't break
