TAE Technology
TAE is "True Analog Emulation" - Arturia's exclusive technology which accurately reproduces, tone, waveshape, tuning and other detailed characteristics of an analog synthesizer.

What is the main characteristics and advantages of the TAE technology -
Better Reproduction of Analog Oscillators
TAE recreates the characteristics of analog oscillators in amazing detail. The transparency and clarity of their analog synthesizer emulations give the musician a freedom to be inspired by classic sounds or explore new textures with the expectation that previous limitations of digital oscillators will not interrupt the creative flow.

Better Reproduction of Analog Filters
Filters are a major element in substractive sound synthesis. It is important to reproduce the exact characteristics of analog filters in the digital domain, as well as the individual characteristics of classics instruments that give them each their characteristic sound.

Implementation of Soft Clipping
Soft clipping can give the sound more punch and deeper basses, together with limiting the amplitude of the sound. It is another important point that gives analog synthesis its sound and "attitude"

Version 2.2

all registered owners, featuring numerous improvements and bug fixes.

New Features
- Better management of the key parameters: 4 LCD's now displays the parameter
controlled by the "Key parameter" knobs.

Until I can afford some of the original keyboards spotlighted in this plugin, I'll be using this.
Sound
This product is crazy with it's depth, warmth, and realism. You'd never know it was a VST. It's by far the best VST I own. Unlike it's brother the MOOG V, this plugin is low on CPU crunch. I've had 10 tracks on my G5 and had now issues. I can't say that about any of my other plugins. On top of it's amazing bank of sounds, you can tweak them to your liking and save them as presets. How cool is that? Best buy I've made recently aside from MOTU's symphonic.
Features
They only thing that kept me from giving this a 10 is that it's a VST and not the real deal. You'd never know though.
Ease of Use
Just play. Easy as that.
Quality
I love the layout and low CPU demand.
Value
Although I do well in my music career, I am still on a budget. It's not cheap, but for the sounds you get from this, it's worth the price.
Manufacturer Support
Never used the support.
The Wow Factor
Buy this.
