Feature:
They gave a kick pad and the brain unit..what else could you ask for..I also bought a saddle and drumsticks coz I sold my old drumkit stock and barrel.
Quality:
Cant comment as i have not used any other electronic drumkit..
Value:
In the competition this is probably the best..
Desirability:
Most of my friends are very impressed but then they are not drummers..i think this is very good for someone who can't afford to wake up the neighbours..i played on an acoustic drumkit for 3 years so i feel that was way better...also with this kit you cant play rim shots(you wont be able to play samba for eg :D)...or any other innovative things you can do with the acoustic kits.
Sound:
Sound is good. Can hear a lit bit of ringing with strong hits. Otherwise the whole kit is pretty sensitive..which is good. The crash symbol could have a louder sound, coz i can hear the stick hit the rubber and that is kind of irritating. ..btw i used yamaha headphones with this kit.
Ease of Use:
I was initially irritated with the hihat adjustment..just could not get the open hi hat strokes right, this is the first time im using an electronic kit so it is kind of annoying not being able to see the hi hat open and close...atleast when ur playing slowly..but with some practice and proper adjustment as written in the manual it works pretty much as i want..still need some work here thou
Support:
Never had to deal with them so im neutral on this.
Overall:
Will get a good amplifier and good speakers...and also cables so I can connect it to my laptop and play along.. :D woohooo..

Quality:
Quality seems OK at this stage. The aluminium rack seems sturdy. Actually what I really like about this kit is how little space it takes up. It's also a dream to transport as it folds down to fit in the back of (most) wagons with everything still attached.
Value:
Excellent value for money in the entry level market
Sound:
The drum voices are pretty good for an entry level e-kit. I was pleasantly surprised being a long time Roland user. Nice attack to some of the snare sounds, reasonable body to some of the kick sounds, crisp hihats.
Ease of Use:
Very easy to use, great for those just starting out. The manual is fairly easy to understand also.
Support:
Haven't had to deal with customer support yet
Overall:
I also have a Roland TD8kv kit which I use for home practise. This Yamaha kit was for my wife (she's right handed, I'm left handed).
It's a fantastic entry level kit for those learning or whose kids want to "have a bash". Actually, I've been playing for many years and I love it too !
