Feature:
The Seymour Duncan pickups and the 5 switch for pickups are really a big selling point on this guitar, along with the fact that it's a neck-through guitar.
Quality:
The quilted maple top and mahogany body are beautiful. I have the "see-through blue" finish, and it just looks really, really good. The whole guitar was very well made. Good job, Schecter.
Value:
This guitar is so underpriced for what you get. The sustain on it is absolutely great for all sorts of things that you would ever need to do, and the 2 different pickups make this guitar extremely adaptable to whatever style of music you play.
Desirability:
The finish on the guitar is so nice that it just draws me to it whenever I want to play. Everyone loves this guitar. Another great thing about it is the fretboard. The "Vine of Life" design going up the whole fretboard makes this one cool guitar.
Sound:
The sound on this guitar is GREAT. It's very versatile and can basically sound like whatever you want. The sustain is just really amazing on it.
Ease of Use:
The guitar is very easy to use. The fact that the headstock starts a little bit into the first fret is pretty easy to adjust to, and it's well worth it.
Support:
Never had to deal with them, but I'd assume that it was as great as the guitar.
Overall:
This guitar is so amazing. It easily gets a 10. I'd really suggest this guitar to someone who needs a really good instrument and wants sustain and great quality for an extremely reasonable price. Who doesn't?

Feature:
The tuners are excellent. The string through body and neck-through design definitely makes this guitar stand out and is a huge plus.
Quality:
This thing is built like a rock. Fender should definitely take note because Schecter is making Fender Strats look like cheap first timer guitars. As soon as you pick up this guitar you know that it is not cheaply made.
Sound:
Hands down the most versatile guitar for under 1000$ I can pretty much get any sound that I want out of this thing. It isn't a mega distortion guitar (and metal guitarists probably shouldn't buy) but everything else sounds amazing, especially when it is clean. The Seymour Duncans blow me away. With 5 pickup selections, your tonal options are limitless.
Ease of Use:
With 1 volume and 1 tone control, a total guitar dummy couldn't go wrong.
The intonation was set up perfectly out of the box. The headstock begins half way through the first fret so you have to get used to that when playing on the first fret.
Overall:
Buy this guitar before Schecter becomes a top guitar seller and starts upping their prices. The best guitar for under 1000$+
