Overall:
I live in an apartment in a part of a college town with actual citizens around, so I can't make a lot of noise. When I lived in the student parts of town, I always just found a piano in the want ads and got some guys to drag it into my house. It always seemed like a good strategy - until I finally ponied up the cash and got the Privia 110.
It is amazing. As far as touch, the difference between playing this and playing a real piano is basically negligible - in fact, I now often find family pianos to be slightly clunky or indelicate after playing the Privia - plus it sounds a heck of a lot better than the old jalopies I'm used to playing on.
Basically, having this in my apartment has multiplied my happiness by a number I can't measure. It's great. I can play any time day or night and it's like having a grand piano in the house that only I can hear. I love it, and I'd recommend it to anyone in a situation with limited space or soundproofing issues.

Overall:
This is a great piano for the money. It feels good and is responsive. I have this as a backup to my Alesis and Yamaha when I cant take those and dont need all of the extra sounds. It is lightweight, and like I say, the best deal for the money. Great for road work.
