Feature:
I had to buy a good Z stand and a top quality bench, plus an excellent carrying bag, and I did not stint on any of these. AFter all, a good instrument should be protected.
Quality:
Very well made. Finish, fit, et. I never worry that something will break. It's a bit heavy to get it and out of doorways and tight corners, but the good carry bag with wheels is most helpful. I would definitely recommend that buyers get this. It's padded and protects the YPG from harm. It was about $139. I think it will last a very long time. I am now starting to do private parties and advtertise as Have Piano, Will Travel. It's ideal for that.
Value:
In terms of worth, I would give it a ten.
Desirability:
Yes, it's a lovely instrument. People come up to look at it, and you can tell by the expression on their faces that they are amazed. In no way does it look "cheap" like so many other keyboards on the market that have simply fallen short of what the professional musician needs.
Sound:
The sound is superb. As a musician of some 50 years standing, performing in all kinds of venues, I am astonished that Yamaha could bring forth such fidelity, richness of tone and breadth of harmonic responses. Plous ease of controls. It is truly amazing. Certain instruments, flute, trumpet, violin and others are sampled to perfection. Key action is terrific. I am using it in a large club with two 12 inch drivers for external speakers. I have no adverse criticism. In terms of value, it is the best buy on the market today.
Ease of Use:
Very playable. People are amazed at the sounds I can get from it. I have memorized a good many of the voices and styles so that i can call them up instantly with little or no interruption to the piece I am playing. I have worked upo a rendition of the Ashokan Farewell, the piece made famous by Ken Burns, The Civil War, by using the Slow Violin voice. You cannot tell it from the original sound track. Plus, a pan flute solo on Danny Boy that puts you right in the glens.
Support:
Haven't needed any service yet.
Overall:
If it were lost or stolen, I would buy another at once.

Feature:
FEATURES GALORE! If you want a very powerful feature selection, this is the way to go.
Quality:
The actual keyboard is as sturdy as the $6500 digital grand at our church. The stand is very sturdy, as well. It is very well built for its price range.
Value:
This keyboard should be in a MUCH higher price range...
Desirability:
I would have bought a cheaper model if they didn't have this displayed at the store, it was the only one that didn't look "cheap".
Sound:
All the voices sound excellent, and the grand piano is stunning.
Ease of Use:
For a non-technical person, some of the features may overwhelm them, but the basic functions are easy to use and the more advanced features can be learned after reading the manual (or watching the Watch & Learn DVD :) )
Support:
Never needed any support, although the dealer I got it from was very helpful with other things I had questions with :)
Overall:
I think that this is my final keyboard until it breaks...it does everything I need it to do. If you're a beginner or a pro looking for a sturdy keyboard, this is the way to go.
