Feature:
The ability to change patches on the synth from the guitar / pickup assembly it a great feature! I have spent the last few days programming the different patches and I am very pleased. THe ability to have different strings play different patches on my synth is awesome.
Quality:
I would have rated this a 12 if the option was there. Absolutely the best piece of equipment I have ever purchased.
Value:
Again, I would have rated this a 12 as well.
Desirability:
To be able to play Pads through a synth by using my guitar is sooper sexy.
Sound:
Sound here would be how well this thing tracks. I just purchased a Roland synth and tied the two together. Man! How awesome. The thing tracks amazingly well. One thing to note it that the pickup placement is critical. I had to experiment with different placements until I got one that worked. Get the pickup place right and you won't believe how cool this unit is.
Support:
Ten just because I haven't needed it. A company that can make something that supports itself is A-OK in my book...
Overall:
I will be using this for years. I can't wait to incorporate it into our live show.

Feature:
It should be clear by the description that this unit does not have any 'sounds' of its own and is simply a midi converter. Given that I haven't had sensitivity problems, I've been very happy with the patches and options. I really haven't had a need for 90% of them.
Quality:
One of the studier and more professional looking and feeling pieces of equipment I've got. On par with other rack units.
Value:
Not cheap, but in Midi guitar you really don't have too many options for
pro-level equipment.
Sound:
I've been very impressed with my unit. Unlike the fellow previously, I've had no sensitivity issues on my Godin Multiac Jazz. The tracking has been swift and mostly flawless using Absynth, Trilogy, Atmosphere as well as Garritan's Personal Orchestra.
Support:
Haven't needed it.
Overall:
Very impressive unit. Does as advertised and user friendly.
