Feature:
There are 7 effects (3 simultaneously), and you can save up to nine sets of four tones (which I didn't know about until I had the amp in my possession). Then there are also plenty of presets for any style of music.
Quality:
This amp is nice and heavy, but not too heavy, and it's interior is metal. I put it at a nine because the 'faceplate' seems like it's made out of hard plastic instead of metal.
Value:
This is worth every penny, I couldn't ask for more.
Desirability:
This thing is sexy as hell, it has led's all over it and is one of the first things people notice whenever I'm at a gig.
Sound:
Every thing I play sounds amazing (however I don't usually use anything midgain so I can't speak for that), I play a wide variety of music and just about anything I can imagine in my head I can accomplish through this amp. Whenever I was using my Marshall I had to fight with it to get a tone that I enjoyed and whenever I played live it would always loose it's tone whether I was playing sparkling clean or metal it would just get lost in the mix. This amp retains it's punch and continues to impress me.
Ease of Use:
This is the amps only down fall, the manuel certainly isn't the best one I've ever read. Then the navigation is all done by a little four directional pad. So it takes some time to get familiar with the amp and make it your own, but once you do the navigation the ease of use is phenomenal. So really it's just the start up that kills the rating.
Support:
I haven't had to contact support so I do not know.
Overall:
This amp has an amazing tone for any kind of music, just give yourself a couple of hours to learn how to navigate the presets and to dial in your own tone. A good idea would be to go to the Line 6 website where you can find a list of all the presets and where they are located. This amp should last me a good decade or so. If it was stollen I would immediatly go out and buy another one.
