"Good overall"

Feature:
Really nice smooth acousticy clean, as well as a fat raunchy drive with the treble turned up.

Quality:
Quality is definitely lacking, the electronics as well as the main pieces ain't so great.

Value:
Well, if you've got a few hundred bucks to spare it's probably sensible to upgrade to a real Gibson and save yourself some headache with the cheaper parts, though it is a nice instrument in terms of sound.

Desirability:
Very nice looking.

Sound:
Great clean sound with lots of variety in the different pickup settings, however after owning for about 6 years I have noticed the screws are all pretty rusty.

Support:
Never dealt.

Overall:
Well, I never have been able to or will be for a while to afford a new guitar but this baby has done me pretty decently.

"A great little semi-hollow body that can"

Feature:
The case for the Kat series is more expensive than the less paul series. I assume because it fits less models. I could come with a gig bag.

Quality:
The body and neck are highest quality the togle switch has a lot of play in it . The knobs all turn well and are responsive. Tuners are top rate non lockers. The finish is very heavy polyurithane, could be lighter. the over all quality seemed better constructed than a similar Ibanaz.

Value:
It compairs well. The price is fair

Desirability:
It is good looking and a great practice axe I usually pick it up before some of the other axes I have. it is very comfortable to play

Sound:
I play this through a Marshall mg50 and the greater depth is in the treble range. I have to to adjust down both vol and tone on the bridge pickup to get the neck pickup to have any depth. once that is set it sounds very good for blues and Jazz work. The sustain is ver good on lead work. The best part of it is it's size and weight

Overall:
I chose this guitar as an addition to a larger semi-hollow bady and a in-between to a soild body. It is not as great a sound as some of my other guitars but a lot more fun to play.
