Feature:
It did come with a power supply that has yet to fail me. But, i did think that it needs more aucustic settings. But hey, you can always change them if you like.
Quality:
It is very sturdy, and will definately gig with it until it breaks, which will be a while from now. It has a metal casing, the pedal is great for anyone who is used to banging on all of your pedals.
Value:
The price is less than about everything that I have seen. except for the used ones.
Desirability:
It looks great, and the ARTIST sign isone of thethings that drew mecloser to the product.
Sound:
IM not the biggest oneffects, but i have to admit that this is probably the best for the money.
Ease of Use:
The manual is very informative and easy to use. It clearly explains how to change the settings, and how to alter anything that you would like to.
Support:
I had no problems with zzounds while ordering it, and they were very helpful with the purchaseof the item.
Overall:
It is very durable, and will serve anyone who likes to gig very well. It has many sounds that will satisfy anyone who plays anything from jazz to any metalhead thatlikes the grungy sound.

Feature:
I'm not huge on features, because i already have most of the things you need in features, but the tuner is very useful.
Quality:
I think it is made pretty well, a lot of it is metal, but if i could change anything i would make the up and down buttons more rugged. They are plastic and not too sturdy.
Value:
I think this is very much worth the price, you can get pretty much any sound out of it you want and it is cheap.
Desirability:
I would say for beginning musicians that this is a great pedal. If you don't have any huge gigs, you will get what you want out of this pedal.
Sound:
I really like the sound after i tweaked it. I didn't really like the presets too much because none of them were what i was looking for, but after i changed it i really like the way it sounds. You can do pretty much anything you want with this pedal.
Ease of Use:
It takes a long time to get just the sound you want, but if you have the time do it because it sounds great. After you have the settings where you want them if you put the sets in the order you need then it is pretty easy to use.
Support:
I haven't had to call this company so i will just give it an 8.
Overall:
I'm sure i will have this pedal for at least a few more years, until i can get enough money to buy a Gibson Les Paul, and a Marshall Stack, but for now i'm very satisfied with it.
