Did you ever hear a cool acoustic part in a song and marvel at the crisp vibrant ringing tone it had. I have never been able to get that sound and always thought it was studio processing. Another thing is acoustic strings are just too big and hurt my hands and tendons causing me to tune down. These strings have that amazing tone I love in songs, and thanks to the Cleartone coating it lasts. The thinner 10s are perfect for me. I will never bother trying another acoustic string. I use D'Addario EXPs on my Strats but these puppies for acoustic really sound amazing!!!
