This is a great instrument that would serve musicians of any experience level well.

Sound
This guitar sounds great. Unplugged or hooked into an amp I really like the tone I get from this instrument. My first impression out of the box wasn't all that great- however after a good setup I couldn't put this thing down. Plugged in it gives a very full and ballanced sound. Unplugged it has great projection and is very responsive to different playing styles. I use a variety of tunings from open E to Drop D and this guitar sounds awesome throughout. I love this guitar!

Features
I really liked that bone was used for the saddle and nut. In my opinion it really added to the tone. The onboard tuner is handy and was right on the money.

Ease of Use
Very easy to use. After a good setup the sound was amazing. The only thing I would have liked were slightly higher frets. That's just my preference though. Controls when plugged in are very easy to use and give a great sound.

Quality
Seems to be very high quality. Construction seems very solid. There was a slight blemish on the side, but I decided to live with it. It will earn other "character marks" through use anyway.

Value
I think that this is one of the best buys anyone will find. In this price range Ibanez acoustics just can't be beat. This is my second and I will definately buy again. read more

Manufacturer Support
Haven't had to deal with the company. However the customer service from zZounds was top notch.

The Wow Factor
I really like the design. I ordered the dark violin sunburst and the color is absolutely beautiful. The pictures certainly do not do this guitar justice. I also like the simplicity and artistry of the design. From the shape of the headstock to the binding- this guitar just looks good.

Musical Background:
Playing off and on for about 20 years.

Musical Style:
rock, blues, classic rock
