Sound
Very clear sound, uncolored. No static or distortion. Cable and connector are solid and secure, no popping or intermittents.
Features
Had needed guitar cable and all other needed accessories.
Quality
The most aggravating thing about this unit is the cheapy wire belt clip for the body pack. It quickly wears the holes in the case, pops off at the worst possible times, and doesn't clip well to guitar straps or other non-belt objects. Solution: use a button-style clip and holder for cell phones (from Radio Shack and others), makes it secure and flexible.
Value
I'm very happy with mine, despite needing the belt clip modification.
Manufacturer Support
No problems at this point.
The Wow Factor
Best of both worlds; the little door on the body pack hides the controls for those that don't want to know what they do, give easy access for setup when needed. Base unit is clean-looking and neat, with a nice LCD display that's easy to read but not too flashy. LEDs and bar graphs for radio signal level and audio level, clipping, etc. are easy to see from across a stage.

Musical Background:

Hobbyist for 25 years, play twice weekly.

Musical Style:

Worship, CCM, rock to ballads to hymns.
