Sound
Sounds great. period.
Features
Many features for the buck, it took my sound to a new level, im going back to old tracks and breathing new life into them. the sample import needa a little more work however, sometimes it doesnt see my akai disc.
Quality
great quality, cool interface.
Value
way worth the asking price, and i hardly ever use my mpc2000 for drums anymore.(that is miraculous, i swore i would never track drums without it)

i havent had any reason to contact support as of yet with the mach five.
