SE Series pads are extremely sensitive and have lightning-fast triggering response at all dynamic levels! The SE102 dual trigger pad uses both switching technology and true trigger technology with a dual zone playing surface that is comprised of both rim and center playing zones. This allows 2 independent sounds to be played on one pad! The rim is used as the second sound activation source and mute switch for choking either cymbal sounds. Unlike other dual zone pads, the independent rim hits do not trigger center sound for true independent control! SE102 dual zone pads are 100% compatible with all popular modules featuring rim switch supporting capabilities.
