I'd like for my daughter to use it for at least 2 years and if she still wants to play and has progressed enough I'll buy her a better guitar for some one who is a little more advanced.
Sound
I bought the Ibanez IJX40 Jumpstart for my daughter for a birthday gift. I'm happy with the whole package and my daughter loves playing it. I really believe this is a great little package for a kid or adult for that matter who is just starting to learn basic guitar.
Features
When I ordered the guitar I didn't realize it didn't have a guitar stand, wish it came with one but it's not a deal breaker. I'm going to buy a stand later.
Ease of Use
Like I said earlier, this guitar is great for a beginner. When my daughter gets better and out grows this guitar I will invest in another one.
Quality
Quality seems fine, we've only had it for a few weeks now but so far so good.
Value
The price of the product was fair and reasonable in my opinion.
Manufacturer Support
I have not dealt with Ibanez so I don't know about their customer service.
The Wow Factor
Gift for my daughter so right now I'm not to concerned with "sex appeal" or aesthetic's right now.
