This is a great specialty stick/mallet. I'm not looking for a replacement, but I'll try anything once.
Sound
They are hard mallets. Almost like marching band mallets, maybe a little smaller. If that the sound you like, then these are for you.
Features
Reversable stick/mallets. I do a lot of cymbal work and normally I would have to quickly change from mallets to drumsticks, but with these, a quick spin of the stick works.
Ease of Use
Not much to say here, they're sticks. Not to hot for play cross stick on the snare.
Quality
Good quality sticks. I had one break on me, but again drumstick do break.
Value
Although, I feel that the price of all drum mallets are too high, these are actully less expensive then most drum mallets.

The Wow Factor
Guess I'm to old to get turn on by the look of a drumstick(mallet). It's painted white and about the size of a 5A stick.
