Overall: 3.5 out of 5 stars

If they were made of metal where they coneect the speaker with the head adjust This would be a 10 in my book!
Sound
The very best sounding hedphones I have owned. I have had $200 Sennheisers that I sold and kept these!
Features
Ease of use, no features to confuse you
Quality
The connection between the speaker to the head adjuster is the weakest link in this set! I have broke them several times yet I keep repairing them and have bought a second set as a backup. If this were steel or better designed this would be the best sets I have ever seen. For the price you can afford a couple pairs. Nothing JB weld and steel pins bridging the breaks cant fix. If you have a small head this is probably a great pair for you! Yamaha has great sound quality, jsut poorly designed!
Value
A good value, would be a 10 if they were better designed!

Sound
I use these headphones for practicing guitar at home. I never really appreciated them until I had to replace them, and bought a different brand I thought was "better". I was mistaken! The high dollar brand I bought was waaaay too bassy and full of midrange echo. The Yamaha RH3 set offers perfectly true sound reproduction, and does not add anything "extra" you dont need, or want. I promptly ordered a new pair today to replace my previous set.
Features
Nothing other than a plug in two sizes.
Quality
If your cat doesnt chew through the cords, you'll be fine.
