for years i used a yamaha psr 1000 and a korg i5s on stage with great results. what one keyboard lacked the other made up for it. the two worked great together for me. but the yamaha screen started to fail so i had a decision to make. since i was looking at the korg pa 600 at the time , i purchased it and decided to go down to one keyboard. i love my korg and am very happy with it but i missed some of the old yamaha styles that i couldnt quite duplicate on the korg. so i added the psr e463 to my rig to get those styles i wanted. also (for the fun of it) i hooked it up to my laptop and a program called "one man Band" and wow, i have unlimited styles from other yamaha models . i had the ew400 but the e463 offers sampling which is another feature that is cool and i think they improved the screen (easier to see) . so overall, this keyboard works and sounds as good as my korg pa600 but without the fancy features that i dont need . makes a great backup keyboard too. and of course the customer service is fantastic from the decision to buy to the delivery to my door.
