If you're reading this, you are probably thinking about purchasing an FGC-TA for yourself or perhaps for someone in your life who plays the guitar. I can attempt to ramble on about, get technical about this and that, or I can save you a lot of time and refer you to an excellent review on YouTube "GSWJ-The new FG Trans Acoustic from Yamaha" reviewed by Mr. J.P. Cormier. He does an excellent review, and you get to hear how it sounds. I jumped, I will say this, Yamaha's Quality Control is on point. This fine instrument is pure "eye-candy,"

I just got my Yamaha FGC TA and started playing itIt's a joy to play, thinnest neck I've ever playedWithout the effects it's a nice strong mellow soundWith the onboard effects it sounds like a 12 string!I have bonded for life with this guitar
Sound
With the onboard reverb and chorus you can be heard above the mix
Features
This dreadnought guitar has a nice sound
Ease of Use
I can use this guitar alone or plug into a PA System or amp
Quality
This guitar compares to a $1999 Taylor Guitar That's the model with solid wood and a cutaway that Taylor sells
Value
This guitar is worth twice as much as it costs
Manufacturer Support
I have used Ampeg amps and a Yamaha PA System that are working great
