I'm a general class radio amateur. I really enjoy this headset. The frequency resp. is just fine for my needs. The microphone really articulates w/my nasal upper-mid voice. Great. The cousins are extremely comfortable. I'm genuinely impressed /w this affordable tool. I also use the electret condenser model. THANX WILL DIRCK CALLSIGN: KI6POW IN SUNNY SAN JOSE CA. I've never seen better. The fit of the headphones is excellant so that noise canceling is unnessary, This feature avoids the cross modulation suseptability inherent in noise canceling circuits.

The cost is about one forth of typical complet headset w/mic.
