Since it's hard to find a short-scale bass gig bag, and wondered if the ones out there would actually fit my semi-hollow body Epiphone AW Rumblekat bass, the World Tour Hofner Bass bag exceeded my expectations! Epiphone AW is similar in size as the Hofner Club bass. The measurements state the bag has about 3" thickness to it, so the bass fits nicely and much more heavy duty than expected. I have owned gear bags from World Tour that are seemingly not as durable as this bass bag, even though the "construction architecture" is the same. At $29.00 it is already at the price point of some "especially cheap" clam shell style gig bags that come rolled up in a box. I'm very pleased with the purchase. Seems like the best bass bag for the money that I could find.

Offers decent protection from minor bumps and scrapes, water and dust. Perfect for me, since I throw my Rogue Violin Bass in the back seat of my Subaru twice a week or so. Would I trust my bass in a World Tour for a world tour? I don't think so, but that gade of case would cost more than the bass itself, so this bag is ideal for my purposes.
Sound
It makes a sound if you slap it against a tree... its purpose is to keep your bass from making "thunk, crack" sounds.
Features
Good sized pockets, backpack straps, a handle in the usual position as well as one on the neck. More features than you would expect for the price.
Ease of Use
Perfect size for the various brand short scale violin basses.
Quality
Hard to tell durability when brand new, but appears to be very well made, with decent fabric and zippers. With the tiny weight of most violin basses, the handles should last a long time!
Value
This bag is a bargain, with features above its price range. It's no Mono bag, but it didn't cost more than my bass, either.
Manufacturer Support
No need to contact the manufacturer
The Wow Factor
The "wow" is the quality and features for the price. Other than that, it is a bass bag.
