"Failed on me"

I already had one World Tour soft case that i keep my EPS strat in, so, I figured when I purchased my new Dean C450, I would get a similar soft case, since the first one worked good, & I don't need a hard shell, since they won't be traveling anytime soon. Unfortunately, even though the first case I bought a couple years ago for my ESP is working great, the second one I bought to use with my Dean C450, immediately had a zipper crap out on it. About the 3rd time I used the zipper on the outer storage pocket, it split. All the teeth seem to look fine, so, I have no clue what happened, but, it's useless now. Hadn't contacted support(hence the average rating for support), as I really don't feel like wasting $10 to send it back being defective, but with that said, I don't know if I plan on buying another soft case from World Tour. We'll see.

"Second chance"

Well. Based on my other review beliw, the last one I got just had a defective zipper. Decided to give this bag another chance, & the new one I got works great. No issues, zippers all work great, everything as expected. Really, for 20 bucks, ya can't expect much, but these bags are pretty decent. More than adequate to protect your guitar. For those on a budget, looking for a simple padded bag with some storage area, this is all you need. After giving these a second chance, I'd definitely recommend them.

"Surprisingly Good"

This bag obviously is not the high dollar type of case. However, the material is much better than i had imagined. Relatively thick canvas and solid material. I am especially impressed with the zippers which are very good and give you confidence when opening and closing the bag. It will keep your guitar from sun, rain and water, and relatively light conditions. But this is NOT a protective bag. It is a carry all. It has one pocket to hold your extra stuff that's a pretty good size with two zippers. I would definitely buy another one especially at this price. The bag came with my order of a guitar and fit it perfectly (a Gretsch G5220) Basically, it will just about fit any solid body guitar from a Les Paul to a Strat. Solid purchase in my opinion.
